摘    要

汽车是一种便利的交通工具,方便今天的交通和人们的旅行。汽车的制动系统是车辆底盘中的关键系统之一,而且它还是为了确保汽车能够停下来的重要系统。制动器直接运动限制了车辆在行车过程中的运动,所以是车辆的安全部件之一。左右汽车是否安全的因素有不少,而重中之重就是汽车制动的能力。随着人们生活日益富裕,在道路上行驶的车辆也越来越多,这就导致车辆的可靠性和安全性问题也越来越明显,为了确保汽车和驾驶人员的安全,汽车的制动系统将面临比之前更为严峻的考验。

本文就是为了设计分析一个较为可靠的轻型载货车辆的鼓式制动器,实现从整车数据开始进行计算、调整及分析设计出一个鼓式制动器。首先,充分利用书本及网上的资源,整合整个论文中计算及分析所需要的知识与资料,完成了前期的书面知识的准备工作;然后开始计算汽车的整车数据对于鼓式制动器有所影响的数据,如同步附着系数,制动力分配系数等;通过上一步的计算得到的数据能够将鼓式制动器设计所需的数据计算出来,并加以核算模拟确保设计出来的鼓式制动器符合条件;最后,参照书上及网上的资料,将鼓式制动器其他关键部分进行了分析。

Design and Analysis of Drum Brake for Light Truck

ABSTRACT

Cars are a convenient means of transportation for today's transportation and people's travel. The brake system of a car is one of the key systems in the chassis of the vehicle and is a device that limits the movement of the car.The brake is an important device whose direct movement limits the movement of the vehicle in the brake system and is the most important safety component of the vehicle.The braking ability of a car directly affects the safety of the car.With the increase of vehicle flux density, the automotive industry is developing rapidly, and the reliability and safety of vehicles are becoming more and more obvious.To ensure the safety of automobiles and automobiles, cars should have a more reliable, stable and precise braking system.  

The purpose of this paper is to design and analyze a more reliable drum brake for light trucks, and to realize the calculation, adjustment and analysis of the whole vehicle data to design a drum brake. Firstly, make full use of the resources of books and the internet, integrate the knowledge and data needed for calculation and analysis in the whole paper, and complete the preparatory work of written knowledge in the early stage. After the data are ready, we begin to calculate the influence of vehicle data on drum brakes, such as synchronous adhesion coefficient, braking force distribution coefficient and so on. The data obtained from the previous calculation can be used to calculate the data needed for the design of drum brake, and the calculation and simulation can be carried out to ensure that the drum brake designed meets the requirements.Finally, the other non-key parts of drum brake are analyzed with reference to the information in books and on-line.
