首先，也是最最最重要的一点是，回答时语言要精练

这时最好不要赘述你的种种个人经历，比如把自己从中学到找工作事情流水账一样的说个遍。至于你的家庭怎么样有没有女朋友这种事面试官是不会操心的。其实你大概只有一两分钟的时间介绍自己，所以一定要做到条理清楚，逻辑严谨，不拖泥带水，那么就一定要捡重点的说。那么什么才是面试官最关心的呢？我们大概分出几点：

1.你现在的状态

这个部分很好回答，你可以简单的介绍就比如你的名字、学历、就读大学、专业等等，这些信息简历中都有，还可以介绍你最近研究的方向或者以后希望的职业发展方向。这里简明扼要，一两句话带过就好。

2.你的专业成就

这个就是面试官比较在意的部分了，你可以讲到你在校园中圆满完成的项目和成绩，或者在以往的工作中解决的难题。挑选那些简单的，几句话就能说明白又能显得自己很厉害的例子来讲。要注意的是，举的例子一定要和面试职位相关，面试官其实不太想知道你当年在社团或者学生会里是怎么混的。并且在讲述例子的时候，要注意说明：做了什么，学到什么，能体现你什么品质。不要寥寥一句“我在这个地方做过这个”就结束了。

3.为何能胜任这个职位

这里你可以做一个简单的总结，结合一下以上的经历，说明自己是可以胜任所应聘的职业就好。

这也是比较重要的部分，作为面试官来说，他面对每一个应聘者都是抱着这个人将来会成为自己同事的想法去面试的。所以他当然希望将来被录用的人是一个自己愿意与之相处的人。你可以谈论你的爱好，你的特别的一次旅行经历，任何可以让面试官了解你的事情。塑造你的个人形象，展现你与众不同的一面 ，让面试官喜欢你，记住你。
