陈述时间： 题主这里没有明确英文自我介绍的具体时间限制，我就设想是1分钟 （因为绝大多数自我介绍只留给面试者1-2分钟，通常情况下，超过1分钟的自我介绍，面试官也不太会专心听了，除非真的是过往经历很传奇的）。所以，言简意赅、条理清晰很重要。您可以根据比赛的规定，将自我介绍分为几个部分，做好整体布局 （您知道每个人的自我介绍都是不一样的，是独特的。因为对您的信息完全不了解，只能泛泛而谈）。

出彩：关于题主说的“出彩”，我的感受是，其实面试者说得越精彩越吸引我，我越是想追问几个问题，而且很可能是（1）我想了解TA的某个方面；（2）刻意给TA一点点更难的题；（3）考察自我介绍是否都是出自自己，还是仅仅是背诵一篇别人写好的。所以，讲得出彩，这是一把双刃剑，用的好锦上添花，用的不好前功尽弃。
