摘要：《威尼斯商人》是莎士比亚在16世纪创作的喜剧,19世纪以后,更多的学者认为《威尼斯商人》不是喜剧而是悲剧,运用心理学中"黑羊效应"的理论去剖析剧中人物夏洛克的悲剧性,发现夏洛克悲剧性本质的原因在于人类相互共处的社会团体这个大环境下,总会存在着一群人(白羊)会对一个人(黑羊)会进行毫无缘由地排挤或攻击,其中第一个屠夫欺凌黑羊的条件就是"路西法效应"中的特定环境说,即"排斥犹太人"的背景;第二个条件则是屠夫群体们的个性化意识中所夹杂的罪恶共享心理.如何能够在不同的社会条件下中让个人能够正确地审视自己,在群体都对黑羊进行欺凌的时候,保持自己的善良品质与责任感,不让自己由白羊成为欺凌黑羊的屠夫,这是人类应当反思的问题.

摘要：将《威尼斯商人》置于传统修辞学框架的研究试图表明,莎士比亚有意按照诉讼修辞原则进行创作。然而本文认为,在《威》剧中莎士比亚不仅无意凸显诉讼修辞的实效性,反而留下了诸多修辞性的“失语”和空白。辩论行为的失调,昭示着古典修辞与莎氏的诗性修辞背后的价值对立,即宏大意识形态塑造下的“犹太性/非犹太性”和诗性真实的个体性这两种叙事立场的冲突。修辞原则的问题是对该时代整体叙事的表征,莎士比亚通过语言的断裂,开启了一种指向政教分离、更趋现代性的修辞叙事,也折射出他对宗教、政治、种族问题的超越时代特征的思考。
