上周看完了14年前，Steve Jobs在斯坦福大学毕业典礼上的演讲，讲的是创造和求知。

这周看了2019年，Tim Cook在斯坦福大学毕业典礼上的演讲，讲的是道德与责任。

演讲内容的转变，演讲人所要表达的观点，跟一个产品创造前期和成熟后，所需要的精神有关。在一个产品创造前期，需要一股子冲劲，敢想敢做，不断的尝试；而一个产品逐渐成熟，越做越大，对社会的影响越深远时，更需要思考的是对社会的责任，是否有违道德，如何守护做人的自由。

非常喜欢库克在演讲里说的一句话：If you want to take credit, first learn to take responsibility.

很像中国的一句俗语：欲戴其冠，必承其重。权利和责任总是相对的，权利越大，责任越大。你想要获得更多的权利，想要爬上更高的位置，想要成为更优秀的人，就要承担相应的责任，谁都逃脱不掉。

这次疫情期间，我在家办公时，无意间吐槽了一句：我以后一定要当领导，指派任务给别人做。我爸听见了，他说：我就不想当领导，累。压力大，责任大，还是种种田，自己给自己干活轻松。

你愿意承担责任吗？你愿意承担多大的责任？你准备好承担这些责任了吗？你有能力承担这些责任吗？可能是影响你爬到多高位置的必要条件吧。

每个人都有各自的选择，没有最优。一辈子跟着心走挺难的，现实会告诉你。但当你真真切切、无比清晰的感受到自己的心的那刻，请一定要跟着它走。

Because it will show you what you truly like.

我非常喜欢库克演讲中的最后一段，反复听了好几遍。同样也摘抄了一些句子，共勉。

1.Taking responsibility means having the courage to think things through.

负责就意味着有把一些事情想透彻的勇气。

2.If you want to take credit, first learn to take responsibility.

如果你想获得荣誉，首先要学会承担责任。

3.No matter where you go, no matter what you do, I know you will be ambitious. Match that ambition with humility, a humility of purpose. That doesn't mean being tamer, being smaller, being less in what you do. It's the opposite, it's about serving something greater.

5.14 years old, Steve stood on this stage and told your prerdecessors, your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Here is my corollary, your mentors may leave you prepared, but they can't leave you ready.

6.I knew that if you got out of bed every morning, and set your watch by what other people expect or demand, you'd have to drive you crazy. So what was true then it's true now. Don't waste your time living someone else's life. Don't try to emulate the people who came before you to the exclusion of everything else. Contorting into a shape that doesn't fit. It takes too much mental effort, effort that should be dedicated to creating and building. You'll waste precious time trying to rewire your every thought. And in the meantime, you won't be fooling anybody. Graduates, the fact is when your time come, and it will, you'll never be ready, but you're not suppose to be. Find the hope in the unexpected, find the courage in the challenge, find your vision on the solitary road. Don't get distracted.

我懂如果你每天早上起床，依照他人的期待或要求行事，你会把自己逼疯的。所以，真理就是真理，不因时光而褪色。不要把时间浪费在活成别人的模样。不要试图模仿那位排除万难的前辈，不要把自己套在不合身的模子里。那样耗费太多脑力，而这些精力应该用于创造和建造属于你的事物。你会把宝贵的时间，浪费在重新铺排每一条思路上，而与此同时，你也愚弄不了任何人。毕业生们，事实是，当属于你的时代到来，而且它一定会到来，你将永远也不会准备好，但你也不应如此。在意料之外发现希望，在挑战之中寻找勇气，在荒僻的路上，展望你的未来图景，不要迷茫不安。

7.There are too many people who won't credit without responsibility. Too many who show up for the ribbon-cutting without building anything worth a damn. Be different. Leave something worthy. And always remember that you can't take it with you. You're going to have to pass it on.

有太多的人，责任心不够。太多的人，没有任何成就却能参加剪彩仪式。不要像他们一样，要创造属于自己的价值，而且要一直记住，成就是带不走的，你得把它留给后人。

做一个有责任感的人，不要停止思考和创造！
