灾难是可以预见的

大家好

很荣幸站在这里给大家带来演讲。加缪在鼠疫中说:“灾难是不可预见的。”但在2020年，我对这个说法有了怀疑。平静的湖面被激起千层涟漪。地狱般的开局让我们总是在见证历史。澳洲山火爆发、南极温度升高、日本发生地震……每一个都触目惊心、每一个都值得深思熟虑,每一个都是全球挑战。最与我们相关的是中国疫情的爆发！这让我觉得灾难是可以预测的。

你不会想到我们今年不会阖家团圆，你不会想到我们今年会遇到一场灾难，你不会想到今年我们每个人都是战士。一场没有枪支炸弹和硝烟的战争。它来得悄无声息，它来得猝不及防，它来势汹汹。记得《流浪地球》的作者刘慈欣的一段话吗？“起初，没有人在意这一场灾难，这不过是一场山火、一次旱灾、一个物种的灭绝、一座城市的消失，直到这场灾难和每个人息息相关。”一场巨大的雪崩离不开一朵细小的雪花的推动、一次严重的滑坡离不开每次暴雨的冲刷、每一次绝望都离不开点滴伤心的汇聚。

这次的疫情是一场大型的社会课；是一次别开生面的考试；也是一次无声的诉说:比恐慌更可怕的，是轻慢。比灾难更可怕的，是看不到灾难来临的预兆。我们所需要的正是居安思危。等暴风雨来临时再想到拿伞已经太晚了，那时已经全身淋湿了。所幸政府迅速反应。从中央到地方，迅速行动起来，形成了强大合力，；一批批医护工作者主动请缨、毫不犹豫。

但是中国在此期间付出的巨大代价让不得不让我们深入思考，灾难是真的不能够预见的吗？如果对自然多一丝敬畏，如果对市场多一些管理，如果对病毒多一些防范，那新冠是否还能对我们造成如此大的伤害？但是过去的已经过去了，我们更应该继续看到未来。我们应该选择看到新冠虽然得到了控制，但是仍然不能放松警惕，防止第二次爆发；我们应该看到中国在疫情下的挑战与机遇，让世界看到中国的强大，推动构建人类命运共同体；我们应该看到居安思危是减少灾难的最好方法。面对机遇与挑战，我们更应该积极预测前进的道路与方向。

Hello everyone !

I really feel honored to be here with you and make a speech.

Camus says in plague that disasters are unpredictable .But in 2020,I doubt it.The still surface of the lake is rippled .The hellish Openning of this year has us always witnessing history .Australian mountain fire broke out, Antarctic temperature rose, A severe earthquake struck Japan …Every event is shocking. Every event is worth thinking and every event is globally challenging .What is the most relevant to us is the outbreak of the novel coronavirus in China.These set me thinking that disasters are predictable .

You never think that we will not be together this year ,you never think that we will face a big disaster this year,you never think that we are all soldiers this year .The disaster is a war without guns, bombs and smoke .It came quickly ,quietly and unstoppablly.But do you remember a book by Liu Cixin, the author of Wandering Earth？“At first, no one cares about the disaster, it is just a mountain fire, a drought, the extinction of a species, the disappearance of a city, until the disaster become relevant to everyone." A huge avalanche cannot be separated from each tiny snowflake ,a serious landside cannot be seperated from every rainstorm ,every despair cannot be seperated from a little sadness .

This outbreak is a big social lesson ,it is a different kind of exam ,it is also a silent saying .What is more terrible than disaster whose sign cannot be seen .We must prepare for danger in times of peace .When the storm comes, it's too late to take an umbrella. By then, we are already wet all over.Fortunately, the government responded quickly.From the central to the local ,they acted quickly and formed a strong resultant force .A large number of medical workers volunteered to fight without hesitation .

But the enormous price China has paid during this period has foced us to think :Is the disaster really unpredictable?If we have more reverence for nature, if we have more control over the market, if we have more prevention against viruses，Can novel coronavirus still do so much harm to us？The past has passed, and we should continue to see the future.We should see that although the novel coronavirus is under control, we still cannot release our vigilance and prevent a second outbreak.We should see the challenges and opportunities China faces.Let the world see China's strength and promote the construction of a community of human destiny.We shouldrealize that the best way to reduce troubles is to think them in peace .We should actively predict the road and direction ahead when facing opportunities and challenges .

The same is true of life.
