Yinan Hu,is Fanhua Inc. co-founder and has been Fanhua Inc. chairman of the board of directors and chief executive officer since December 2021 and has been Fanhua Inc. director since Fanhua Inc. inception in 1998. He is currently a member of the board of directors of Puyi Inc., which is a public company listed in the U.S. From 1998 to September 2017, he was the chairman of Fanhua Inc. board of directors. From 1998 to October 2011, Mr. Hu served as Fanhua Inc. chief executive officer. (NYSE: JKS), a solar panel manufacturer (since 2010); Kingwisoft Technology Services Ltd. (HKSE: 8295.HK), an information technology company (since 2016); Monterey Capital Acquisition Corporation (Nasdaq: MCAC), a special purpose acquisition company (since 2022); Four Leaf Acquisition Corporation (Nasdaq: FORL), a special purpose acquisition company (since 2023); Tristar Acquisition I Corp. Peng Ge,has been Fanhua Inc. chief financial officer since April 2008 and has been Fanhua Inc. director since December 2016. From 2005 to April 2008, he served as the general manager of the finance and accounting department and vice president of Fanhua Inc. From August 2007 to September 2008, he was also a director of Fanhua Inc. From 1999 to 2005, Mr. Ge headed Fanhua Inc. Beijing operations. From 1994 to 1999, Mr. Ge was a financial manager at a subsidiary of China National Native Produce and Animal By-Products Import & Export Corporation. From 2017 to 2019 and 2010 to 2017, Mr. Lueth served as a chief financial officer for Asia-Pacific region and a vice president of finance for the PRC region for Cardinal Health, a Fortune 500 company engaged in the healthcare industry, respectively. From 2005 to 2010, Mr. Lueth served as a vice president of finance and strategy for the PRC region for Zuellig Pharma China, which was then acquired by Cardinal Health in 2010.
