短时间内整体提高口语肯定不太可行，但如果是应付面试和英文展示，那应该还是没问题的。

应付英文面试，有两个方法：

准备好常见问题的回答

找外教陪练，养感觉，纠发音，得技巧

我们羞于开口是因为不够自信，而在短期内没办法很好地提升发音、流利度等的情况下，最好的方法就是尽可能多地准备一些问题的回答，这样就不会因为不自信、没底气而断断续续憋不出话。

下面我详细总结了自我介绍和面试官常问的问题，回答我就不举例了，但是总结了“套路”。

常见问题

1. Tell me about yourself.

1.向我介绍一下你自己。

Ø 回答要简短，约两分钟。

Ø 重点放在与工作有关的技能和成就上，而不是个人信息。

Ø 告诉面试官——为什么你认为你的技能和成就能给公司带来效益。

Ø简要描述一下你的教育或工作经历。

Ø 告诉面试官——你的经历和过去所从事的工作恰好能满足你面试的职位的需求。

Ø 提及一两个帮助你实现目标的个人特点，举简短的例子加以说明。

以下10个句子可以帮助你更好地在面试中做自我介绍。选择最适合你的那些。

“I am someone who…”:

“我是一个......”

1）. “can adapt to any situation. I thrive in a fluctuating environment and I transform unexpected obstacles into stepping stones for achievements.”

“可以适应任何环境的人。我可以在变化不定的环境中茁壮成长，并且把那些意外的障碍变为成功的基石。”

2）. “consistently innovates to create value. I find opportunities where other people see none: I turn ideas into projects, and projects into serial success.”

3）. “leads people. I can unite people around a vision and motivate a team to excellence. I expect no more from the others than what I expect from myself.”

7）. “has a pragmatic approach to things. I don’t waste time talking about theory or the latest buzz words of the bullshit bingo. Only one question matters to me: ‘Does it work or not?’”

——面试官想听到的回答是“我愿意”。如果你带着积极主动的态度说“我愿意”的话，那这对你就更有利了。

——回答基本上都是：是的。然后简单解释下原因。你实现了自己定下的3-5年的长期目标是个不错的理由。

其实面试官的问题基本都是CBI，全名 Competency-based interview，基于能力考核的面试。

比如，以适应力为例

Question: 能否和我分享下在负责一个大项目的时候，你碰到一个很大的问题，你怎么处理的？最后的结果是什么？
