国际贸易英文合同书的构成

国际贸易中使用的英文合同通常都是由一下几部分内容构成的：

1 标题

2 前言(Non-operative Part)：包括导入部分和说明条款(recitals=whereas clause + consideration)，其中导入部分由日期(date)、签订地(place)和当事人(parties)三部分组成。

3 正文部分(Operative Part)：

——应履行的展物的具体条款内容（包括合同通行的条款和单独的具体条款)

国际贸易英文合同的标题

和中文合同书一样，英文合同也需书写标题。而拟定标题是为了使合同内容一目了然，合同标题本身没有特别的法律效力，且对合同内容也没有影响。

标题的书写多根据合同或协议的类型而定，如：
