现在是一月底，距离初试成绩出炉，还剩大约一个月的时间。

3月底到4月份，各个学校就开始组织复试了，一般复试需要两天时间左右。

考研复试分为专业复试和英语复试，又分别包括笔试和面试，有的学校还有英语听力等。不同学校可能不完全相同，要知道你所报考院校的复试办法，最好是能够在qq群、微博、闲鱼、考研帮等app上找到往届的学长学姐询问，再或者可以跟研招办老师打电话询问。（我觉得闲鱼上比较好找，我就是在闲鱼上找到了上一届考上的学姐，搜索的时候多换几个关键词，比如把大学的全称换成简称）

去年由于疫情，初试采用的是线上方法，很多学校取消了笔试，只有面试。今年的情况还不好说，有可能是线上，也有可能是线下，亦有可能是线上和线下相结合。建议大家，线上线下都准备一下，以不变应万变，到时候才不会手忙脚乱。

【笔试、面试考察内容】

笔试部分，每个学校和专业都有所不同，有的学校比较简单，有的学校难度较大（比如需要好几本和初试要求完全不一样的参考书），大家可以根据自己专业的学习情况来进行准备。本文主要侧重点，在于所有人都要经历的面试部分。

我们要知道在面试环节，老师们将会考察我们的哪些能力，这样我们才能够有的放矢地准备：

1、综合素质

包括思想道德品质、在本科学科以外的社会实践、责任心、事业心、纪律感、人文素养、举止表达礼仪、抗压能力等。

2、专业素养

这部分主要会考察与你未来研究生阶段息息相关的思维方式和逻辑表达能力，一些本专业的基础知识和一些学术热点、行业热点及社会热点，以及你的毕业论文的完成情况。一般不会问特别细致的问题。

3、英语能力

这一部分也可能是大部分人最担心的部分，尤其是那些平时缺少口语锻炼的同学，不过也不必过于担心，英语在整个复试过程中的占比一般是在20%左右，但是大家务必要认真准备，因为研究生阶段需要阅读很多英文文献，几乎所有导师都很注重学生的英语水平，如果你的英语水平好，是由相当大的优势的。

【面试要准备的内容】

1、中文版、英文版的自我介绍：

自我介绍的内容一般是：

开场白，姓名，本科学校，本科专业，爱好，经验，为什么读研，对于读研的计划和打算。

可以根据自己的特点提前准备，力求实事求是、并且将自己最好的一面展现出来，然后背诵，但是不要背的特别生硬（如果有的老师看出来你是按照提前准备好的，完全把材料背了下来，他可能会有意的打断中间停顿一下，看一下你的反应能力）

2、中文版、英文版的问答：

考官提问环节，可能会问到的有：

为什么报考这个学校，这个专业？

关于跨专业考试，为什么要跨专业？

关于你的毕业论文/毕业设计？

你看过哪些书？（这一点尤为重要，所以假期要多看些专业相关的书）

你有哪些兴趣爱好？

你崇拜哪些人？你的座右铭是什么？

你的优势缺点是什么？

你的父母家庭对你有哪些影响？

你对录取后的规划和研究生毕业之后有打算吗？

P.S.问答素材没必要一次性全部准备完，可以在模拟练习中不断丰富。

英文版的问答环节的参考回答，我放在文末啦~大家可以参考一下，但不要生搬硬套哦~

提前准备一套适合自己的、比较完美的答案，但是在考场上一定不要特别死板的背出来，要适当增加一些肢体语言和语气词，显得更自然一点。

3、报考专业的常用英语术语

提前准备一下专业词汇，翻翻自己的复试参考书和专业方面的基础书籍，把书中常用的、带有英文标注的名词给抄下来，然后背下来。

4、了解老师和研究内容

可以研究一下你的想要选择的导师和这个专业的学科带头人。最好去网上搜一下他们的论文，了解他们的研究方向。

多读一读他们的文献，甚至可以在面试的时候引用一两句，老师可能会想“这个孩子的想法跟我还挺像的”这会让老师有一种亲切感（导师也是人，谁会不喜欢了解自己的人呢？）

多去了解一下你报考的专业，在接下来的两三年中，会学习什么样的内容，这个可以在学校官网上顺藤摸瓜地找一下。

5、模拟练习

模拟练习分为线上和线下。练习的时候一定要动嘴说，不能局限于心里默背和用笔写。因为与初试不同，复试考察的一项重要内容就是你的表达能力。

中文部分可以采取线下的方式，可以可以让父母或者朋友模拟考官，练习的时候可以稍微布置一下面试的现场，尽量找到模拟现场的感觉。可以录音录像，便于找问题。能够找到问题当然是最好的，这样会在真正面试的时候不会特别慌。

英文部分，如果父母没有时间或能力辅导我们，和研友一起练习，也可以采用线上的模式，我平时比较经常去一个app练口语，最近每天晚上，我都看到有练习口语的小组在做模拟练习，我去旁听了一下，感觉组织得挺好，每个人说完还会有一些口语大牛进行点评。

可以加小组，会定期定时组织模拟练习，一般是在晚上的时候多一点，记得选人多的小组加，他们的会活动比较频繁，每天都会有~

着装不可以太过隆重，也不可以太过随意。

一个好的精神风貌，会让老师觉得如沐春风。

不卑不亢，自信大方，稳重有礼貌。全程微笑，注意和老师的眼神交流，不要一个老师都不看，也不要只盯着一个老师看，尽量营造一种友好的氛围，让气氛不那么压抑，自己也不会太过紧张，把老师当作熟悉的长辈就好。

在回答问题的时候，可以有意识地将话题带入你自己比较熟悉的领域。

要把对专业的了解和热情展现出来，不要假大空，表现得什么都会（那导师教你什么呢），也别太实诚（比如说这个专业说好就业、赚钱多），也不要太浮夸。

在英语面试的环节一定要自信（如果基础差就按照我上边说的办法多模拟练习），不要夹杂中文，也不要一上来，就说对不起我英语不好。实在听不懂的话，可以跟老师说你不太理解，老师可能就会给你换一个问题，毕竟老师一般不会在英语的环节为难人。

当老师问你为什么不选本科的研究生，而要选择这个学校呢？不要说自己学校的坏话。

千万不要害怕自己准备的东西没有机会展示，因为很多你想展示的机会是自己争取来的，面试的过程中你要带着老师走，而不是老师带着你走。

【意外情况应对】

如果碰到没有准备的问题，或是老师问了刁钻的问题，答不上来怎么办？

这个时候稳住不要慌。

对于有些问题，老师不一定是想考你的知识，有可能是考你的反应能力，你的情商、态度，只要你保持诚实谦虚的态度，就算答错了也不会有大的影响。

这时候，谈谈自己的看法，告诉老师如果有理解不对的地方，希望老师可以多多指教。

现在特别多的老师都关注研究生的心理健康，在读研阶段有一颗强大的内心是非常重要的，所以压力面试也可能是老师关注的一个点。在考场上会给你不断的施压，施压的方式包括但不限于老师全程严肃、不苟言笑、提问一些特别难的问题、一直抓着你不会的问题深挖到底。

面对这种情况，要知道，这可能是老师在测试你的抗压能力，也可能是对你感兴趣的体现。老师是希望我们给出合理的辩驳，或者看你试探你对这个问题思考到了哪个地步，所以要借这个机会来展现自己。努力不要被老师的情绪带着走。

如果你回答，可以说对于这个问题，我的理解和看法是xxx，但是可能有不准确的地方，或者说这个我不太清楚，但我知道其他的一些相关的xxx。这时候老师反而会觉得你比较机灵。

还有，比如，如果老师问读过什么文献，你一时想不起来某一篇，就可以说你知道xxx著名的期刊，是这个学科领域需要在以后的研究生学习中特别关注的。
