面试一般包括以下内容：
1）进一步了解候选人，确认本人是否符合简历中的描述，或者优于其描述，
2）将该职位的要求与所需承担的责任加以说明，
3）回答候选人的问题，
4）测试候选人的思维辨别能力以判断其面对压力时的反应，
5）观察候选人在专业环境中的表现（此人是否能传达我公司的正面形象？）。
在有限的时间内，双方需要交流的信息量极大。随着面试的进展，要准备好随时转换话题，
但切记紧跟面试官的脚步。参加面试前，应对目标公司进行充分的调查，包括其历史、
公开发布的发展策略，如果能够得到目标部门的信息则更佳。
可以在LinkedIn创建个人档案来看看是否能找到该公司1级或2级的联络人。面试技巧需要多加练习才能使你看起来自信稳重，自如地应对问题。
可以考虑聘请以面试语言为母语的专业教练练习几个小时。面试就像表演，只不过是在演出你的真实人生。一定要事先熟记台词并完整清晰地进行表达。
最后，切记要准备2-3个深刻且有创意的问题，可以问问面试官你的雇主从工作中能得到什么乐趣、
工作中的难点或公司未来的目标等等。

Generally interviews take the form of:
1) getting to know the candidate and seeing if the person in real life matches or exceeds the person on the resume,
2) ensuring expectations & responsibilities of the position are understood,
3) answering questions the interviewee has,
4) testing critical thinking skills to see how someone performs under pressure,
5) seeing how presentable the individual is in a professional setting (Will this person be a good representative of my company?).
There is a lot of information exchange in a short span of time. Be prepared to switch topics rapidly as the interview progresses. But follow the interviewer's lead.
Before the interview, do extensive research on the company, its history, its publicly stated growth strategy and the department if you can get that kind of detail. Use LinkedIn by creating a Profile and seeing if you have any 1st level or 2nd level contacts at the firm. Practice your interview skills so you will appear poised, in control and can answer questions smoothly and confidently.
Consider working with a professional coach, who is a native speaker, for a few hours. An interview is similar to acting but you are performing in your own life. Make sure you know your lines and they are delivered competently. Lastly, be sure to have 2-3 insightful, creative questions for the interviewer. These can take the form of what the employer enjoys about the business, the challenges, what the company's vision is for the future, etc.
