需要注意一点,并不是所有你想问的问题都可以在最后一个环节问面试官,问问题的时候需要策略,需要避开面试的雷区,问一些看似无伤大雅、实则能够获取到有用信息的问题。

常见的雷区有:

找面试官问结果,问自己过了没有之类的问题。虽然不会太影响打分,但是公司基本都不允许面试官透露结果的。

过多地向HR之外的面试官问非技术类问题,比如薪资、个人隐私。

走极端,成为一个极端的案例,比如太安静,一言不发就做题,或是太有攻击性,再或者太发散思维,高谈阔论,说着说着就跑偏。

那么面试者可以向面试官提一些什么问题呢?

1.为什么这个职位仍是空缺着的?

2.如果这个职位现在有/曾经有过员工,那么他们是什么地方出了错所以离开了?他们是怎么取代前任?或者他们为什么要离开?

To whom does the position report, and what is his/her background?

What are the most important responsibilities of this position?

What autonomy would I have to perform my responsibilities?

How much emphasis is placed on technical skills in this position?

7.这个职位对人际交往能力的要求高吗?

How much emphasis is placed on people skills in this position?
